Materials Needed

We are always in need of materials. Here is a list of items that we are always in need of:

* Adhesives- glue sticks, Tombo permanent liquid glue, photo squares

* Colored Cardstock- any and all colors (they are used to mount the photos)

* Alphabet letters- (stickers, rub-ons, stamps, chipboard, tags, metal....etc)

* DVD/CD size mailing boxes- you can get these at any Post office, they are $2.45 a piece

* Fabric Flowers- scrapbook sized ones, any and all colors

* Ribbon- any and all sizes and color

How to Order a Nanas Box-

A Nana's Box is a photo box containing personal photos, inspirational quotes, scriptures, and famous sayings which patients can take with them to their treatment sessions. Each box is created for the individual recipient based upon requests and suggestions from their family and/or friends. The boxes are decorated by volunteers and members of Nana’s Box.

Nana's Boxes are free of charge, you just pay for the shipping.

Please, include the following information:

1. Who the box is for?
2. What type of cancer?
3. Interests, hobbies, etc about the recipient to help design the box
(ie. flowers, stars, polka dots...)
4. Favorite colors- to use on the box
5. What you would like it to say on the box (ie. Nana, Mom, Hope, Grandpa, Fighter...)
6. Would you like religious quotes/sayings included in the box?

7. An address of where to ship the box

$5.25 priority shipping per box (box will not be processed unless shipping has been paid for)
