My heart is so overwhelmed these past few days.
There are so many wonderful and giving people in this world. In addition to the wonderful women that I wrote about in the last post, I need to add Tammy from Florelle. She has graciously donated all the headbands for the little girls! I have worked with Tammy in the past, have never met her, but her sweet personality has shined and I thank her for her donation!
Project Kiddie Hope is under way. I have a group of wonderful volunteers coming over tomorrow night to help decorate all the boxes for each child. I hope to have all of them mailed out by next week.
My heart has ached as I've read each story of these brave little children. Such a grown up, harsh experience to have to go through at such a young age. I can only pray that these boxes bring a little smile to their face.
